Ashley called me and basically told me that my truck was simply out of fuel because the app was showing 8%. I asked her if she noticed that it said I have 72 miles until empty right next to it? It felt like they were trying to blow me off and get out of figuring out the real problem. It also insulated my intelligence to say my vehicle was simply out of fuel ????????♂️????????♂️ I also picked up my truck and found mud on my running board and inside my truck. I had just washed it. It may just be a plain Jane work truck compared to all the other fancy trucks at Akins but I work 2 jobs to pay for that plain Jane truck and try to take care of it. I’ve been using Akins since 93’ for vehicles and have come to expect better.

The only thing I can see is it would have looked much more professional if the oily residue had have been cleaned up underneath where the transmission seal had been leaking so that it would be easier to see if the leak has been fixed. Otherwise, great job on the service work.
