I have an F 250 and this is the first time I’ve had any service on that truck.i would suggest better directions for folks using the commercial area for the 1st time. Maybe better signage. Not a complaint but more a suggestion.

I was satisfied for the most part. However, my truck was there for nearly two weeks and I sort of felt like I was in the dark the whole time. When I could call I was told that they were still diagnosing the problem. However, personally I would have liked to have had more conversation and updates made about my vehicle.
