Stopped to find out about a recall on the A PILLAR. Service Rep. explained the process. Getting the correct part from Ford should not be a mystery! Several months between being notified and receiving a recall notice is horrible add the possibility of weeks to months before having the correct parts says Ford is trying to avoid making it right.

I have had nothing but issues with this ram . This was the most expensive vehicle I have ever purchased and for 80k my dashboard should be coming up, my air suspension shouldn’t go out, I should have had to replace radio twice, and multiple antennas. I applied for lemon and no help!! Very disattisfiex .
