Had an appointment for an inspection at 830 on Tuesday. The service as only supposed to take around 3 hours. It wasn't completed untill the next day mid afternoon. I called to talk with a Representative and was told Id get a call back quickly, as the rep was with another customer. I had to call again an hour and a half later to finally get any information on the service. It was finished almost 30 hours after the scheduled appointment.
