You didn’t replace battery in key Fob…. Now I have to find time to return again to get it replaced.
I spent $2800.00 on repairs….You could at least remember to complete everything.
But this day in time nothing surprises me.

I was charged for an automatic transmission service, when I have a manual. I get home and double check the work and the fluid had not been changed at all. Went back up to dealer and instead of investigating,the service writers and shop foreman immediately told me I was wrong and all service was completed. Service writers said the transmission pan gasket and filter were changed on a MANUAL transmission. Everyone that had a hand in my service did me wrong and lied. From the service writers, to the service techs, to the shop foreman. This was my first time dealing with the service department and you all have lost my trust. How many other people pay for services they do not receive??? This is highly unacceptable. I am glad William Jennings finally put the car back on the lift and came out to apologize, but that was after he said he watched his techs complete all the work. Now I have to wonder what else in my service was looked over or not completed to standards.

They always do a great job. The only timeI have had a problem us when I had an issue with my antifreeze leakjng out. When I broughtvthe car in for them to look at it, the estimate was outrageous. I am a single 64 yr old woman. Could not afford that. I took it to a friend that us a mechanic and he fixed it for 1/2 your price. Hated to gov elsewhere but it was a money problem.
