Brandt & the rest of the service team helped make this entire experience a breeze. They had a rental ready when I dropped off my vehicle. I was in and out of there in less than 15 min (and it was super busy at the time.) Brandt was great at communicating & keeping me updated on their progress. While I did not originally purchase my vehicle from this location, they treated me like one of their own in servicing it. Because I had such great experience, Lake Charles Toyota will receive my business in the future.

He has been my service advisor since I purchased my car. He is always very professional & takes good care of any service needs I have.

I went today for oil change, and an inspection. Sometimes I dread this visit every year because inevitably I’ll get a list of about $7000 worth of stuff that needs to be done. And it could be overwhelming. I understand because what a car is 13 years old and normally has a lot of wear and tear on it but I’ve taken care of my car. It only has 44,000 miles on it. So today I walked in and I was ready to say I just came for my oil change and inspection, give me your list and I’ll go over it and get back with you when I’m ready to do anything necessary. But today was different. He listened to me and didn’t make me feel bad about not doing anything else today. So I also shared with him. There was a woman in the waiting room area who had been there since opening and she hadn’t received any word about her car. He took note of what I said, and was going to reach out to her, even though she wasn’t on his list. It’s that kind of action or kindness that will keep me returning to Toyota. I’ve purchased three cars from Lake Charles Toyota. I’ll purchase my next one from Lake Charles Toyota. I’m hoping my 2012 RAV4 will go a few more years because I’m not ready for that purchase right now. But if this is the kindness and service, I keep seeing, I know it will be a good experience.
