They could not find out what wrong the flot got stuck twice and perge valve was sticking and they can’t find out what causing it not happy with that

My glove box was completely emptied of all the contents including my glove box organizer and everything was left on my passenger seat and the floor board. If you can’t put it back like it was then don’t remove it!
Also why do you insist on putting 35 psi in the tires when it states on the drivers door to only put 30 psi. And the tires say too see manufacturer’s information for proper tire pressure.

Last two times I arrived for appointment had to wait extensive amount of time. I drove up today for 4:00pm appointment. I was the last person in line and sat an additional 25 minutes after my appointment time. Was told my initial representative was on the phone. Michael anther representative came out to my vehicle apologized for the delay and help out. I really beginning to feel unappreciated as a customer for service or potential buyer for myself and family.
