I absolutely love the new wait room snack area and arcade game. I enjoyed so many great games to pass the time. The service team displayed superior service and solved my vehicle issues expeditiously. They did not have the battery ( which is what I came in for) in stock. The vehicle already left me stranded twice, so there was no way I could wait for them to order it. When my son-in-law came to change it out for me, the battery cover was cracked and does not fit on top anymore. This had to be done at the dealership because it was not like that when I brought it in!
