A cap was missing under my hood, my condenser coil is now leaking which caused my Freon to leak out resulting in my entire air conditioner unit to malfunction. Absolutely terrible service!!!

I purchased 4 new tires for my vehicle. They were put on and I was told that they couldn't balance them because they were closing for the day. They asked me to return the next day. When I returned, no one knew of my appointment. I asked to be put on the schedule the following Monday. When I returned on Monday no one knew what I was talking about. I was there from 8am to 11:30am. This was unsatisfactory. I should never had to wait over 3 hours to have my tires balanced. Especially when having to return several times in the process. I know you value your business. I value my time and hard earned money. The service was horrible and I want someone in power to know this.
