I told my service manager to notify the mechanics not to leave blank oil stains on my leather seats. I'm sure he did inform them, however, once again they left oil stains on my light gray leather interior. This is very frustrating, because the oil is hard to remove. This was the negative experience of my visit at Toyota. Other than this, everyone continues to offer great customer service.

I brought my car in for a tire rotation, and a multi point inspection. I can tell that the tires were rotated, but do not know that the multi point inspection was done. Upon arriving at home I decided to go over the paperwork, and there was no multipoint inspection sheet given to me. I asked Mr. Nunez as I was signing for my payment if everything checked out okay on the inspection and he told me, “yes, everything looked good”. I am used to having the sheet with the multi point check so I know what will need to be done in the future. This can be resolved fairly easy , my email address is If you can send me the inspection sheet that I can print out on my computer and put with my paperwork, I will be completely satisfied.
