Oil change was good like always but I am very particular with my car and who every worked on it got greese all over both sides of my floor Matts . 2 hrs for an oil change and then no one coming inside to tell me it’s ready and truck had been sitting in the lot finished. I had to find it through the window then find someone to check the computer to see if it was ready. Then asking why did nobody come tell me it was ready was met with a bunch of excuses on how busy he was dealing with other customers. Instead of simply saying we are sorry and here is a free air freshener for the mix up. I think you need to practice what you preach and “raise your expectations”. Then have to convince them that it was a free lifetime oil change after I was told the total was $73.
I will just take by business elsewhere from now on

The only problem was that I made an appointment at 8:45 AM and showed up on time but then I had to wait two hours for my car to be ready. It was just an oil change and tire rotation and inspection, so why did I make an appointment if I still had to wait so long to get my truck back?. Everyone was nice about it though. As nice as they could be anyway.

A lot of people were waiting for their vehicles so I completely understand that y’all may have been backed up, but to find out that my car was finished for 45 minutes without being told was very upsetting considering I was there for almost 4 hours. Normally I am, but for an oil change and tire repair(nail) took 3.5 hours. Related to short staff. Which I was not upset. Everywhere is short staffed the issue is the lack of apology for the wait. Or extra kindness from staff present. A few I’m so sorry for the wait, thank you for your patience, goes along way. This is the first time ever that I have not been pleased.
