Blue was wonderful. My problem was that I called on July 31st and scheduled my appointment for today at 9am. When I arrive, I was told I didn't have an appointment. It took the guy a couple minutes to tell me that I was welcome to have my car serviced but it may take a while because they would service the appointments first. I find it odd, that on my last couple of times my maintenance light came on, I was called to schedule the service. Just want to say the wait was not too long and everything was fine.
