I am not happy with how my service was today. I sent it in for the routine every 5,000 mile maintenance. I had a friend bring the car and sit Nd wait for it to be done. I get a text message while I am at work telling me, customer reports air filter needs to be replaced or that I requested it to be changed. (Which I had not, because I didnt even know it needed to be changed) and right below that message it said… Technician changed filter. Then it gives a price. Further down it says like agree or maybe next time. Then further down it said like the price was a little over 50.00. Then it said like estimated amount was 117.00… well I told my friend not to have them change it because I did not authorize it to be done. When he talked to someone about my concerns, he was informed I would not be charged for the filter since It was done before getting my approval. I now have the text message that shows what was done and results and it shows I now owe 59.00. I am not paying for this filter I did not want changed. I can change this out myself for way less money. I do not want this amount left to be owed on my account when was told I would not be responsible for it.

The only thing I wasn’t happy with, was that I brought my car in about 10 minutes before my appointment time at 1pm. My car wasn’t taken in to service until around 2pm and it wasn’t done until almost 3pm. I sat in the lobby for two hours with my toddler granddaughter, daughter, and son. I have never had to sit there that long before. I understand that you get busy, but t I think 2hrs for an oil change is a little excessive. Otherwise, the complimentary popcorn saved us a little with keeping my Grandbaby occupied. Thank you.
