Service rep was ok. I had an oil change and tire rotation done. On upper right above the tire on passenger side there was a dent that was not there before and that side was full of oil the young man that gets the cars made a comment on how they left it and wiped it off. They got another guy to look at the camera which took awhile and yet after 30 minutes or so he tells me he has to look again in the morning. I have always been satisfied with Toyota but not on this occasion. They need to make it right.
