Great, friendly service. The waiting area was nice and comfortable which allowed me to do some homework. They were able to service my vehicles routine maintenance and take care of some recalls in a timely manner.

Garbage service. No difference in wait time between appt wait time and showing up without appt.
Wife waited 3 hours with an appt for oil change, tire rotation and fix a leaking tire.
Wife leaves with vehicle and tire goes flat. When they patched the tire they missed the hole. She goes back to get it fixed right. They used the cheapest tire patch you could hope to find and I ended up having to bring it somewhere else to be fixed right.
Conclusion: almost 200 dollars to waste half a day sitting at a dealership, and to pay for the knowledge that Toyota is incapable of fixing a nail hole in a tire.

I had to come back because my glove compartment was hanging down and would not close. They fixed it and that was okay but then I got home and realized they didn't reset my maintenance warning so now I have to go back and have them do that. I felt like the mechanic didn't finish the job or got distracted before he finished then didn't finish. It wasn't a horrible experience but I never cross the bridge and I have to come back just to finish a job that should already be done.

Service was completed in a timely manner. We came in thru the front door and the guys out front we smiling and each of them greeted us spoke with us like we had been friends forever. They open the door for us. The knew we were there to pick up my vehicle but they still said if you need anything just let of know. You have a excellent team!!!!
