Words can’t explain how much I like lake Charles Toyota because of Christian Tarver. Anyone can sell you a car but the guy that keeps the car on the road is special. Blue was rude and condescending. He told me and my wife we didn’t understand how to unlock a car and the problem was likely operator error. He added it was his job to educate people how to operate their cars. We assured him we understand how to unlock Toyota. We have three at home. I have had this same issue with multiple Toyotas. When the issue begins, I take it to the dealership immediately. I only ask the issue be taken seriously and we be treated with respect. Neither thing happened on this visit.
