I have nothing but good things to say about the service I received from Matthew. He took care of all of my needs and in particular an issue I had with a valve stem on one of my tires. The techs originally couldn’t find a problem and when Matthew came out and spoke to me about it, I told him I have had this problem for some time. Matthew listened to my concerns and went back and worked on it again. They found the problem (and it was difficult to find). I appreciate his diligence and patience. This type of service is a rarity and a testament to what good looks like. Matthew is an prime example for what quality looks like.
