After driving home, I noticed the front hood of the car was not latched properly. My wife did not notice it driving home but I noticed it right away because it was shaking.

Mr. Guillory never acknowledged me. He was with a customer he and that customer talk and he act as if i was not standing there waiting for help. As soon as i walked away for some else to assist he and the gentleman stop talking and the gentle walked away. When i passed back by to leave never asked if i was helped… very disappointing i will never schedule with him again.
