I took my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation. The mechanic also let me know the battery was not operating at full capacity and they were able to replace it for me. I know when I leave Lake Charles Toyota my car is operating great.

Mr. Guillory never acknowledged me. He was with a customer he and that customer talk and he act as if i was not standing there waiting for help. As soon as i walked away for some else to assist he and the gentleman stop talking and the gentle walked away. When i passed back by to leave never asked if i was helped… very disappointing i will never schedule with him again.
