When I bought the vehicle I was told, after the agreement to purchase was made, that there was only one key and the other would be sent to me in the summer. Today I was told that I would be notified on my Toyota app when there is a key available but that I would then have to call you guys so that you could request the key. A full service facility would take care of this for a loyal customer. And the agreement that was texted at the point of sale would be honored.
