Made an appointment and it was not on the books when I arrived. Had to wait 2 hours and only found out my car was ready because I saw it being parked. My service person was busy with another customer so someone else checked me out. Never spoke to my service person. It would be nice to be able to make an appointment and be in and out within 30 minutes which did happen once. The person who did check me out was very nice and helpful. Also when I went outside to get in my car it was on waiting for me but no employee was around. Anyone could have gotten in and drove off.

This is the second time it happened to me after I came to your place after doing a servicing. My Lc SD is the light coming on when I check with your people the last time they told that and they did not even put the air hose in the cabinet filter they did not plug it, so I got it. AW is a pro. Shop was very busy today. I showed up 20 minutes early. But after the work started and I still about 1:30 minutes before I left after the oil change (and misc filters etc).. FYI, the app is a good idea explaining the multipoint inspection findings. And the approval to go the work works well.
Will be scheduling our other Toyota vehicle soon for an oil change etc. Thanks.
