Felt like bad Dr office. Show up for “800” appt at 7:58 and there are 15 plus cars ahead! If I make an appt somewhere expect service to be at that time. Oil change rotation and key fob program took over 2 hours. On top of which even with a paper mat my mat was filthy and there was grease around the starter button. I have had several makes and models of cars and every other dealership returns my car at least as clean as it was if not cleaner
