I’ve never gone to Toyota and been disappointed in the service, everyone is always so nice and helpful. I’ve never felt like an inconvenience and I love that. Even the carwash, from beginning to end everyone had a smile on their face. I really appreciate good customer service so thank y’all!

Michael handled the problems very well and kept me informed. Some salesman did contact me attempting to con me into trading my vehicle in instead of repairing it. Tried to tell me insurance might dropped me if I claimed it and he could save me from that by offering a ridiculously low trade offer. Good thing I wasn’t an elderly person who could be taken advantage of, wish I could remember his name. Hope that kind of business is not sanctioned by management.

I don’t like having to respond to a text message indicating the recommended service on my vehicle. I want to speak with someone about the repairs and why it’s needed before it’s done. I believe your system benefits you as the dealer and not the customer. Also it took way too long for the service to be done.
