Ms. **** welcome me to Toyota once again. Very friendly, professional, and know her job. I told her what I wanted and she wrote the paper work up. She told me I could sit in the waiting area and enjoy some snacks or drink on them. I felt comfortable and was glad I came back to Toyota to do my oil change.
