I brought my car to you, detailed and spotless . When I picked it up it had smudges all over and footprints on the door sills. The new windshield had streaks and smudges all over. It may even have a fingerprint on the inside of the glass where it touches the dash and you can’t get to it. When I dropped off my car, I told the lady taking care of it that I was very picky and she assured me everything would be fine. I am not a satisfied customer at this point.

Aw was great. No complaints with him. Thanks to the company half assing a repair of a strut before buying the suv. Did not do an alignment before buying it with questionable tires from the word go. Sales and service know we were driving it to Missouri and back for thanksgiving. Now we are being told the tires need replaced because of your company’s error not mine. So today after management passed the buck to the tire people there only to tell me it’s on me the service manager hid. So I left. Called back to say that it still pulls to the right. Called back and left a message for Kenny and to no surprise has not called back. I won’t be back and will be glad to let people know how poor it was handled. But again AW was great and deserves a raise.
