I am glad the associates were able to assist the advisor I was assigned to this morning in order to find a reasonable solution. The problem was quite challenging to solve therefore it took a little bit longer than expected before the vehicle was ready. Overall I am relieved about the notification of the issue with my rear passenger wheel stud was solved. I would have never known the stud was broken. I appreciate the help of all the associates involved to find a solution.

The service rep was told not to check the cabin air filter nor to recommend replacement. The request was disregarded and the glove box dampener was not reinstalled which required me to fix it.
I asked if the tire pressure was checked and told yes. My subsequent inspection showed a difference of 6 psi between the lowest and highest tires.
