Two hours for a tire rotation. Totally unsatisfactory. I love my Toyota products but it shouldn't take hours for routine, simple maintenance.

AW was great as usual! Made sure all my repairs I requested were completed, and made adjustments while my vehicle was in work, I requested an inspection sticker, he say it wasn’t to late, and say we got that! If I could I would give the man a raise. All my repairs were complete and in a timely fashion.
