My rear lift gate is not opening all the time. It did it TWICE while in the dealerships possession yet they have to “recreate it multiple times” in order to repair. How many times constitutes multiple? Two is technically more than one. Additionally, I inquired about what happens if it is able to be recreated enough times before the 36k mileage warranty (currently at 20,500 approx) and I was told it would not be covered? A defect I brought to the attention in WELL ENOUGH time won’t be covered? Also, I understand the gate is compromised of many components but make it make sense as to if I’m having a problem I am left with that problem until it’s replicated an unknown amount of times? It leaves me unable to load groceries or access my gate AT ALL!!! One other thing while showing the advisor and it got stuck about six inches up, the Porter was in such a hurry to move the vehicle he manually shut the gate. When I asked about that not supposed to be done to a power lift gate he replied “well I had to close it”. He didn’t even TRY the key which WOULD have properly closed it and when I told him this he shrugged off and proceeded to move the vehicle. I have been nothing but satisfied with this dealership and have recommended all my friends and family to your establishment (I was even considering trading in my Highlander for the grand) but this situation has me reconsidering all of this. None of it makes sense for a warranty problem and I have every intention of seeking answers beyond Tarver Toyota.

Always very courteous- no complaints

Everything went well. Although I know it wasn’t the services fault I waited 2.5 hours for a simple multi point inspection. Normally it goes pretty fast so I won’t complain on this one occasion. Yall were probably really busy with not a lot of workers. Next time I will just make sure I don’t schedule for a Saturday. Thank y’all for everything.

Very unprofessional crew! I asked a questioned about the vehicle and I was told that my best bet is to google it!! Last time I checked I paid money for Toyota care not for “google care” asked to speak with the GM and I was told the only people I can talk to is customer relation people . I guess I am not important enough to speak with the GM . I would appreciate a call from the GM my number is ****-****-xxxx
