Matt has handled almost all my visits to Lake Charles Toyota. He has always been exceptional in his handling of my cars whether regular maintenance or an issue needing repair. Matt was great and Brandt was awesome the last time as well. I also loved the proactive find (even though it will cost me more $$) during the inspection. My only complaint from the visit before this one would be this- it might be a good idea to make it common practice to ask the customer if he/she would want original manufacturer or Aftermarket brakes when changing them. I wasn’t asked, and my brakes started making awful noise almost immediately. I’m just waiting til I have enough money to change them again, because it’s going to require more labor, etc. love LC Toyota
