On my way out of the parking lot I realized my gas take door was open, so I stopped and closed it. Then half way across town I saw that the service required message was still showing on my dashboard. Not happy when I had to go all the way back to get it reset.
Appointment reminder text was sent to me with nothing referencing Lake Charles Toyota or my car, just an appointment with someone I don’t know. Your print out of service does not give a phone number just the company name. When I was traveling back across town I had to google up your number to tell them I was returning.
While I’m on a roll. Code to use your new car wash would have been nice. Navarre washes are comped when vehicle comes in for service.
I love my new RAV4. This is the 4 vehicle my family has purchased thru you but service is a pain.

Well can you please tell me why after I paid it tool and hour before I received my highlander.
If I didn't go ask where is my highlander I been waiting an hour I would probably still be there a 8pm.
Beside me another customer walked behind me and asked where is my truck I been waiting for them to bring it around. Not sure if it is a system problem or a people look over. I know one thing someone drop the Ball today.
