Your Text messaging system ****! No communication of what is going on. I was there from 8:45am until 4:35pm. I cannot say that A. W. Was at fault. I did get home before dark, but the problem wasn't fixed plus my clock was disabled and now something else has to be fixed.Very disappointed that Lake Charles Toyota depends on a communication system that is lacking.

Didn’t put the customer first. I was told to wait while dealing with another customer. When service advisor finished with the customer, I was skipped and he started helping another customer. When I questioned why, I was told that was correct policy. I had already been waiting for my vehicle for over 2 hrs at that point.
