Everyone was VERY nice and helpful. However, the check list said that the fluids were checked and filled, but when I got home my husband checked the wiper fluid, and it was very low, so apparently it was not filled. This is really a small thing, but it makes us wonder what else was not done.

Matt Hicks went above and beyond this afternoon with excellent customer service! When I left the dealership after my service appointment I had a flat tire and was stranded. I called Matt and he sent a service tech, Austin, to come to my rescue. Austin changed my tire and even took the flat tire with him to be repaired in the morning. I appreciate this kind deed by both of these men. Lake Charles Toyota never disappoints! From sales to service, hands down the best dealership around!
