Matthew was a great service writer. He informed me of any delays, and always very professional. I didn’t expect the cost to be so high according to companies Facebook page, although my vehicle isn’t a Toyota .and Lake Charles Toyota is not an Audi dealership. The dealership is of top notch dealership which keeps you very happy while waiting on my vehicle

The wheels and tires had so much weight added to them in an attempt to balance it made the truck hard to drive on the road after service. Mike Willis Ford had a similar practice of balancing tires with old weights then adding to them instead of starting with removing old weights, if that’s your practice then it would explain why I have an mind blowing 15-18oz on my wheels. A industry standard of a max 6oz per Oem and max of 8oz of per After market rims should really be enforced. To think a dealer’s service department would be allowed to install 15-18 oz of wheel weights on a single wheel/tire blew not only my mind but the several shops I called after leaving Lake Charles Toyota to try and get this issue corrected.
