The battery on my vehicle was completely dead and had to be jumped to get car home. I ran the car for a while to charge the battery and it shut down on high coolant temperature. That was the reason I brought the car in. The radiator fan was changed so I would expect the car to run without overheating. I had to top off coolant again and need to change out a new battery that was purchased from LC Toyota less than 2 years ago

I arrived at 8:20 April 18 for an oil change and tire rotation. After waiting two hours, I went to the service department to check on my vehicle. I was ignored by the employees while they were visiting. After waiting for one of them to acknowledge me, I asked if someone could check on my vehicle. My vehicle had been ready for some time and the employee seemed unconcerned that I had been waiting unnecessarily for a while. It seems as though my time was completely unimportant. We have purchased four Toyota vehicles from this dealership and have seen a decline in customer service over the years. Not sure anymore if there will be a fifth. My Rav 4 had grease smudges on the inside of the passenger door and the outside also. These vehicles are very expensive and we take extremely good care of ours. Ridiculous that I had to come home and clean it. I never minded bringing my car in for service, but I dread doing it now. My daughter had a terrible experience a few months back, if this continues, Lake Charles Toyota will be losing several customers.
