I had a 10:15 appointment to get my oil changed and it took 3 hours. I never received any updates by text and there is no way it should have taken that long. That’s why we make appointments. I don’t care to go back and I have no issue driving to Deridder next time.

Wait time for a tire rotation/balance and change of license plate lights was almost 3 hours. Also have mentioned multiple times about back hatch malfunctioning, always told it couldn’t be replicated and that it was me causing the malfunction. Tech finally realized that the “struts” or whatever pushes the hatch up need replaced. The wait time is the worst. Everyone is super nice and the cafe is great also. Cafe tech needs a tip jar tho, they stay busy as does everyone else.

Angela was good. The problem is how long it’s takes your mechanics to do an oil change or tire rotation when I’m supposed to have an appointment. I’ve bought my last 3 trucks from your dealership I’m seriously considering going somewhere else for my next vehicle. No need to call and talk to me just please improve mechanic service for oil change appointments.

The assigned technician expressed low integrity by not mentioning the components he damaged during the oil leak repairs until I discovered the poor workmanship of rtv sealant holding components together. Oil and fluid residue was also left on drivetrain components making it difficult to tell if the repair was successful. Michael did everything he could to ensure all the proper steps were taken to get the damage caused by the technician fixed. Michael exceeded my expectations offering to pickup and drop off my vehicle to reduce the inconvenience of having to come back to the dealership. Although the center caps broken by the technician will have to be ordered a second time, Michael ensured I will be notified as soon as they are ready for installation.
