I waited 2 hours for a simple patch in my tire. I also needed my inspection sticker updated but had to leave without it because I had already been there for 2 hours. I missed a different appointment that I had because of this. I had an appointment at 11:45 with you guys and did not leave until almost 2:00. At about 12:50 a worker came out to tell me they were about to start my patch and would be 10 minutes, 15 max. After 25 minutes I attempted to go to the service area to try and pay that way I could just leave when it was finished. I was not allowed to pay so I proceeded to stand there until I simply asked to leave before all of my services were completed. I will not be servicing my vehicle at lake charles Toyota again. There is no use in having appointments if it takes 2 hours to complete a simple repair that would’ve taken 20 minutes at any other repair shop.
