When I pulled up to drop off my car I waited 10 minutes for Angela to come outside and she even mentioned to me that I had been waiting 10 minutes. It was suggested that my cabin filter and some other filter needed to be changed, instead of coming to find me in the waiting area she called me on my phone. When my car was finished I got a text that it was done (I went to go find her). I needed a car inspection but because of the crack in the windshield she said I could not get it done, which was fine but she missed an opportunity to give me a quote on a new windshield. I guess I expect personal touch. We live our Toyotas and will always buy Toyota. Thanks

Unfortunately I won’t be back unless I end up with a Toyota in the future for the complimentary lifetime oil changes and in that case I’ll only book an 8:00. For the sake of your other customers, I’d get your employees that are on the front lines of the service department a seminar or motivation camp bc dang everyone was slacking on their greeting and friendliness. I pulled up to service for my first time since moving from out of town and sat way too long in line not knowing what was going on. Ms. Amberly was very good at her job. My husband has a jeep from Lake Charles Dodge , there person wasn’t there so they told me to go some where else. I drove up at Toyota and asked if I could get it inspected there even if my truck wasn’t a Toyota the lady said sure that there was two ahead of me. In no time Ms. Amberly was very perfectional , I didn’t know where the light switch was and she figured it out. I don’t drive this truck. I had a very good experience at Lake Charles Toyota, I was very upset we the people from Lake Charles Dodge told me to go some where else. Thanks again.
