Please give Michael Guillory a raise, he went the extra mile to help me get in and out of my car, since he saw I was on a walker! I am VERY THANKFUL for your Refreshment counter!!! 2 weeks ago I had to wait 4 1/2 hours for a tire rotation/ recall for the passenger air bag. I was starving by 2 pm ! I had a salesman come tell me that there was food/drinks for the customers . I am not Michael’s grandmother, just wanted someone to know that he was kind and helpful !!!

The service department needs to get structure and improve processes. My last two trips the wait time is ridiculous. Tire rotation and oil change 2 1/2 hours with appointment. That was first trip. Yesterday tire rotation with appointment took two hours. I was told when I brought my vehicle if I show up without an appointment it would take 3 hours. Making an appointment only saves an hour when the job can be done in 30 minutes? You should have 2 bays with 4 stalls that drive through. Those could be exclusive for tire rotation and oil changes. Other dealerships have this set up. Additionally what really annoys me is when I get my vehicle back and my seat, mirrors, and radio have been adjusted. Plus not resetting the maintenance and oil change reminders on the vehicle or updating the sticker. Every time I come I have to move my seat then get out to fold my mirrors back out. There should be a checklist when a vehicle arrives and leaves. You can’t tell me it’s because they don’t have time and rushing too much when it takes two hours with appointments. If running behind they should tell people when they arrive so they can make arrangements if they don’t want to be stuck or a courtesy ride offered. Again this is what other dealerships do. There should be a checklist when vehicle leaves it came in for oil change did we put sticker and reset maintenance light etc. if we folded mirrors in put them back before bringing vehicle to customers. I see them do a 360 check with iPad and take pictures checking in why not do that when checking out and stop pencil whipping it?
