The display screen was totally changed and the heads up display was not visible after the service. We had difficulty getting things back the way they were. The owner’s manual is next to useless. Frustrated time. Almost drove back to the dealership to get help. Finally figured it out.

The cost of replacing a starter was extremely high, just shy of $2000. Then to add insult to it when I got my truck back, there is an exhaust leak, which was not there before. This exhaust leak stems from mechanics, disconnecting the exhaust manifold, changing the boat and installing a new gasket in order to access the starter. In the last two weeks alone, I am just shy of $4000 spent with you guys on services and upgrades on my truck. This should not be an issue. This is why customers choose to come to the dealership, expecting to get premium service, please work on this issue.
