After oil change car was parked to wait 30 minutes for inspection.Maybe they could do it while car is waiting for services like they use to do,would cut back on wait time.

Was told it was 30 dollars to rotate my tires. Got the text about service and was confused so I went to Gavin and asked about it. Gavin stated that the oil change was on there that I would not be charged for. Went to pay for the tire rotation and Gavin stated it was 80 something dollars. I asked what that was about he said 30 when I checked in. Gavin stated tire balancing was suggested on tires with over 20,000 miles. Gavin should have stated this information when we checked in.

Your techs are not well trained. I brought my vehicle in at 8:30 appt and it was not even looked at until after 11. What’s the point of an appt? Terrible experience and I won’t be back to this “ award winning” dealer again

Once I pulled in someone came to check me in then told me Angela would be right with me. 15 minutes later(not exaggerating) John came out to finish the process. Said Angela was busy. She was sitting at her desk when I walked in. Then after I got text about car— told me I needed a cabin filter. I said no thank you. 30 minutes later I’m still sitting in waiting room. I had to go to Angela’s desk to see if car was ready. She said yes it’s ready. I wonder how long I would have sit there had I not went to check on it. Very disappointing
