I made my appointment over a week in advance for an oil change and to get a safety recall repair completed. The oil change happened almost immediately. However, after sitting for almost 4 hours I was informed that they hadn't even assigned my repair to a tech. I chose to leave. I expressed my displeasure. I was pretty furious having wasted half my day for nothing. I hear "skilled labor is expensive" to justify ridiculous cost of repairs across professions, but with this lack of customer service I'd say whatever you're paying your techs it's too much. I don't know if Brandt had any control over this situation so I'm not comfortable putting this on him. Completely unacceptable.

I was there for nearly 2 hours for a recall. All they had to do was retorque some bolts plus I had an appointment. What is the point of the appointment?! Then my vehicle took several more minutes to be pulled all while I'm standing there holding my toddler & my arms are full. Way too much of my day was spent there for a recall fix.
