Only Toyota has worked on my truck. Wheel lug broke during service and you guys refused to repair it. Made a snarky comment about my truck having 100,000 miles, like it’s old. But yet you are quick to rave about how long your vehicles last. Then want to charge $180 to replace the $2 lug. I have let you work exclusively on my truck all the maintenance. It probably broke from your impact gun….pretty disappointed
