I’ve been contacted enough. I have nothing good to say - it’s clear that Honda does not care if my nearly-new vehicle works correctly, in this case the windshield washer unit. I have a warranty that is apparently not what I expected. I am not stupid enough to pay extra money to repair something that failed not of my doing. Very disappointed.

The man is congenial, very pleasant and will always give you the complete information about your car, no BS and if you ask questions he will always answer you, (I feel) very accurately.
