My experience was disappointing. I dropped off my car expecting a standard diagnosis but was never quoted any prices up front. No one called me to authorize additional labor or costs yet I was surprised with a $340 charge including time spent diagnosing the transmission without my approval I had already scanned the car myself and found solenoid issues, but they said no codes were found and based their recommendation on how it “felt.” I also clearly explained that I needed the car ready by Friday for my sister in law’s trip, but no effort was made to help accommodate that. I had to tow the vehicle out. For a Honda dealership, I expected clear communication, transparency, and respect for the customer’s authorization and I didn’t get that.

Less than 2 weeks after a complete $400 service our battery needed to be replaced. We weren’t informed that anything was wrong with our battery at the time of service. Also, the sway bar that was replaced did not resolve the noise issue.
On a side note, Jerrod is always pleasant to deal with and very friendly.
