I was 100% satisfied with Toby. I received an e-mail from Vatland Honda, the day of my service appointment. It said that the service fee for using a credit card wouldn't be charged. When I shared that with Toby, he shared there is no way to stop it from being charged. I know that getting the work done at the dealership costs more. I could have gone elsewhere. That was a piece of the deciding factor/savings I was anticipating. I spent over $3000. It's disappointing and I'll consider taking my car somewhere else in the future.
