All of my maintenance issues were handled very well. The top of the line detail however was a major disappointed ☹️. Would rather talk to a person vs typing out the problems I had with that job. Paying ab extra 40.- for using s credit card that I applied for just to be able to afford the maintenance was a big sting ???? especially after the detail issue. ????

my experience of an hour and a half wait for an oil change and a tire rotation. I’m not very happy with it my service manager was very polite. He did talk to me about the screw in my tire told him I knew it had been there and the light on in my vehicle for my tires has been on since last year the last time I had a visit when I left, I was explained to you that everything had been done. Come to find out my tires were not rotated. The tire that had the screw in. It was still in the same place not happy with that at all. Did speak to him the day after offered to give me a $14 refund not happy with that either I will not be back to Honda
