I purchased a 52k dollar vehicle from your dealership. I went 900 miles over the 24k limit for my “free” oil change. Jarrod insisted I have to now pay for it and that Honda will not pay for it because of corporate policy. That seems like a horrible business decision to lose a customer over. You will not be doing the services on my vehicle any more. Obviously the Vatland VIP sticker in my windshield is a prop. Good luck.
