I will not go for any type of service unless I know he is working that day. Many people tell me that the dealerships are way overpriced for their service department but piece of mind & trust are what is important to me. Apparently the first comment did not go through as they submit button did not work. David handled an emergency car tire problem the same day I had an oil change appointment. On top of that he provided a courtesy car to take me to work. He shows 100% resourcefulness and customer service. Five stars all the way around
