Davis and Lon were both incredible throughout this experience! They were so communicative every step of the process, made sure we were always in the loop regarding what was going on, and worked to resolve the issue as quickly and fully as possible. They even went to great heights to get my vehicle returned to me when I was unable to pick it up myself due to work and I will be forever grateful for going above and beyond in this way. Both of Lon and David are truly incredible both as individuals and as service professionals, and I cannot say enough positive things about them. I would like to thank them both for all of their help and for making sure my car got the fix it needed to get me back on the road safely.

This was my third time I have taken my Honda to Vatland Honda dealership for service. Jarrod Jenkins was the service rep all three times. I am completely satisfied with Jarrod Jenkins and the Honda dealership all three times. He is very professional and courteous. He explained to me the diagnostic procedure for the air conditioning service before I handed over the keys to him. And afterwards he explained everything that the mechanic did when I got the car back. And it was very affordable the service work. So I will continue using the this Honda dealership and Jarrod Jenkins for future service work
