I was angry that Honda can’t do anything for me because I paid out of pocket when my check engine light came on. I wasn’t angry with Jarred but he took it personally and said I was disrespectful to HIM. I’ve worked in sales and customer service my whole career and I never talked down to a customer. Jarred could use some customer relations classes. I did say in anger that I’d never buy another Honda and I didn’t like getting ripped off. He said Honda May or may not reimburse me for the repairs I had done outside a Honda service center. My concern is the piston rings weren’t replaced and I’ll have to deal with this same issue later, when there is no extended warranty. Jarred showed no empathy at all to my situation at all. Had he done so or even soften his tone he could have gained points with me.

Jarrod Jenkins has always been so professional and communicative with all my prepares. This last week Jarrod, Pat and the guys in Service and Lon were all very instrumental on solving the huge question of my cars mystery noise in my Passport Trailsport.
